Cancellation and Refund Policy
- The cancellation request acceptance criteria is based on the time the 'refund request' is received within our operating hours or the time the 'product inquiry' is received on the KCCT website.
- If there is a separate cancellation/refund policy in the description of each product, the separate description of each product takes precedence over this cancellation/refund policy.
[For domestic travel]
- If the traveler notifies 3 days before the start of the trip: Full refund of the travel fee
- If notified 2 days before the start of the trip: 10% deducted from the total product price and refund
- If notified 1 day before the start of the trip: 20% deducted from the total product price and refund
- If notified on the day of the trip ~ before the start of the tour: 30% deducted from the total product price and refund
However, the following cases are exceptions despite the above regulations.
1) If the traveler cancels the travel contract within 24 hours of paying the travel fee, or if the traveler cancels before the guide is confirmed after making the tour reservation, the travel fee will be refunded in full. However, even if it has not been 24 hours since the traveler paid the travel fee, if the time is 1 day before the travel date (from 00:00 the day before the travel date) based on the local time ~ the start of the travel (in the case of Instant Booking reservation), the full refund is not applicable.
2) If there is an amount that must be paid as a local reservation deposit depending on the nature of the product, the cancellation/refund terms separately notified in the detailed description of each product will be applied to the refund of the reservation deposit.
Ticket Cancellation/Refund Guide
The following applies only to the physical tickets that we sell or purchase through KCCT and deliver & issue to the traveler and the E-voucher that we provide to the traveler so that the traveler can print it.
[Physical Ticket]
1. Refund Application Period
Refunds are only possible if you apply for a refund within 7 days of the payment date.
(Refunds are only possible if you apply for a refund within 1 month of the ticket expiration date.)
2. Notes on Refund Processing
A refund will be processed after we receive and confirm the physical ticket returned by the traveler.
The ticket usage guidebook, local usage coupons, and gifts included when purchasing the physical ticket must also be returned to be processed normally.
A normal refund will be processed only if we confirm receipt of the physical ticket within 5 days of receiving the refund request.
Please note that refunds are not possible if the physical ticket is lost or damaged due to personal negligence.
3. Refund Fee
A cancellation fee (10% of the payment amount) will be deducted.
If the ticket provider has its own separate refund policy, the provider's refund policy will take precedence over our refund policy. (Described on the product details page)

Cancellation/refund will be processed according to the separate refund policy stipulated by the ticket provider. (Described on the product details page)
Refunds may not be possible in principle depending on the ticket provider's policy, so please purchase carefully.
Special offer travel/B&B product group cancellation/refund information
The company or the traveler may cancel this travel contract before departure. In this case, the damages incurred will be compensated according to the 'Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards' (Fair Trade Commission Notice).
In the event of a traveler's request to cancel the travel contract (when the traveler requests cancellation)
- If cancellation is notified up to 30 days before the departure date - Refund of deposit
- If cancellation is notified 29-20 days before the departure date - 10% of the travel fee will be reimbursed
- If cancellation is notified 19-10 days before the departure date - 15% of the travel fee will be reimbursed
- If cancellation is notified 9-8 days before the departure date - 20% of the travel fee will be reimbursed
- If cancellation is notified 7-1 days before the departure date - 30% of the travel fee will be reimbursed
- If cancellation is notified on the day of departure - 50% of the travel fee will be reimbursed
However, in the case of Korean guesthouses, if there is a separate refund policy on the product page, that policy will take precedence over our refund policy.
If the product characteristics or the refund policy of the product provider take precedence over our cancellation/refund policy and the compensation is different from the above ‘Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards’, we will not be held liable for this.
Real-time flight ticket change, cancellation/refund information
If a traveler changes or cancels a flight ticket after purchasing it, the change, cancellation/refund policy of the relevant airline will apply. In addition, a handling fee according to our policy will be charged separately.
