• This product cannot accept urgent orders within 8 hours. If your order is urgent, your order will be cancelled. Please make sure to make a reservation well in advance.
• According to national law, children under the age of 6 must use a car seat. Please be sure to purchase the correct number of car seats.
• Pick-up and drop-off times can only be changed up to 8 hours before the designated departure time.
• The pick-up and drop-off location can only be changed up to 5 hours before departure.
• Please enter the departure time and flight arrival time correctly in the message. For example, if you want to leave at 17:00 but write 5:00, the driver will dispatch you at 5:00 a.m., so you cannot change the time or cancel for free.
• Please be sure to board according to the number of people, and we will select and dispatch the vehicle according to the number of people. Example) If the vehicle requires 6 passengers and you write 5 people, you may be denied boarding and charged an additional fee due to a mismatch in the type of vehicle.
• For pick-up services for flights arriving between 23:00~5:00, please make a reservation at least 2 days prior to flight arrival (in case of temporary flight delays or time changes).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

-If cancelled more than 2 days prior to the departure date (inclusive), unused items can be cancelled free of charge.
- If you cancel between 0~1 day before departure, you will not be able to cancel, change, or apply for a refund.
